BusinessCloud can reveal its MarTech 50 innovation ranking for 2023.

Readers of the online technology publication and an independent judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in marketing.

The MarTech 50 – supported by digital transformation experts Sputnik Digital – celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech solutions for companies engaging in marketing, consumer research and advertising.

Market intelligence firm The Insights Family tops the ranking. The Manchester scaleup provides real-time market intelligence on the attitudes, behaviour and consumption patterns of kids and their parents across six continents and 22 countries.

Adzooma (Nottingham), AMA (London), Eagle Eye (Guildford) and Hike SEO (Wibtoft) round out the top five.

Studiospace, a marketplace to find agencies to suit a brief, is in eighth. The London company has built a global marketplace of hand-picked, founder-led and award-winning agencies for creative, digital and marketing needs.

adludio (London), CitizenMe (London), Duel (London) and Good-Loop (Edinburgh) also make the top 10.

VIOOH, a tech platform for out-of-home advertising, is 14th. The London startup connects programmatic buyers and sellers in a premium marketplace, making OOH easily accessible.

In 16th is White Label Loyalty (Leeds), a platform to better understand customers and deliver an engaging reward experience, driving long-term growth and retention at scale.

Dream Agility, based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire, also features. The firm has created AI to manage Google Shopping and Search, Facebook, Instagram and Microsoft Ads.

Concured (London), an AI-powered strategy platform for marketers, aims to put the right content in front of the right person at the right time – increasing CTA clicks, demos, sales and sign-ups.

BusinessCloud called on its readers to vote for companies from the 112-strong shortlist and saw around 1,000 votes pour in.

A combination of these votes and choices from an independent judging panel determined the top 50.
