The CFO of listed Yorkshire tech firm Redcentric has decided to step down just a week after its CEO was replaced.
The IT managed services provider has appointed Brian Woodford as chief executive from 3rd February, replacing Peter Brotherton.
Now CFO David Senior has decided to step down, with his departure date to be confirmed in due course.
The firm says its board has commenced the search for a successor, with Senior to continue to fulfil his duties – including overseeing the completion of the financial year ending 31st March 2025 – in the meantime.
Redcentric, headquartered in Harrogate, was founded in 1997 and listed on Aim in 2013. It employs 500 staff and has more than 1,000 customers.
Richard McGuire, non-executive chairman, said: “David has been an integral part of the company since 2017, playing a key role in building a strong finance team and making a significant impact on the commercial success of the business.
“The board would like to express its sincere thanks to David for his valuable contribution over the past seven years.”
