Jesper With-Fogstrup has left his role as group chief executive officer at customer services provider Moneypenny.
With-Fogstrup was appointed in December 2024 after previously holding similar roles at Smoove plc and The LateRooms Group.
He has revealed that he’ll be starting his next role in October – although he hasn’t said what it is.
Writing on LinkedIn, he said: “It has been an absolute honour to lead the amazing people at Moneypenny in both the UK and in the US.
“This is a truly special group of people. Since sharing my decision internally about a month ago, so many colleagues have reminded me how much we have achieved together helping our clients unlock growth. We are our clients when they can’t be.
“Moneypenny is now also a great AI product company. The AI receptionist is taking calls for clients across the US, the UK and beyond.
“The product and tech teams have taken more than 25 years of experience and almost 200 million calls handled by our fantastic people and turned it into an AI voice agent that books and schedules appointments, progress leads, answers questions, helps callers or simply takes a message.”
With-Fogstrup said AI on its own isn’t the best answer.
He wrote: “AI combined with the option to escalate to Moneypenny’s wonderful PAs, or direct to our clients, or with thoughtfully designed call flows that bring them in, is. That gives Moneypenny a unique and the strongest proposition in the market, backed by a superb AI product.
“Beyond AI, the rest of the business has moved forward too: new deals and growth, serving new clients and customers, the growth transformation of the US business based in Atlanta, and Moneypenny’s deep roots in Wrexham in North Wales.”
Moneypenny was founded in 2000 and received backing from ECI Partners in 2018.
