BusinessCloud can reveal its inaugural TalentTech 50 innovation ranking.
Readers of the online technology publication and an independent judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in recruitment.
The TalentTech 50 – supported by digital transformation experts Sputnik Digital – celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original technology for recruitment, retention and human resources.
UniTaskr, a Manchester business which connects businesses with a flexible student workforce, tops the ranking.
Screenloop, a hiring intelligence platform which removes unconscious bias, is second. The London firm provides critical data insights into candidate performance, recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness, and quality of hire scoring – all in one place.
Culture Shift (Manchester), a real-time reporting platform to identify and prevent harassment and bullying, was third.
Flexa (London) and inploi (London) complete the top five.
Also making the top 10 is Human by Leighton, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Human creates ‘new hire’ journeys that delight new colleagues and accelerate time to productivity.
