THG Ingenuity’s complete commerce solution, THG Commerce, has launched a new direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce website for HYROX, the World Series of Fitness Racing.

Hamburg-based HYROX has gained global traction in recent years, becoming one of the most disruptive fitness and sports brands worldwide. 

The company is a winner of the Time 100 Most Influential Companies 2024 and is now looking to further expand its global footprint for long-term growth.

Deploying THG Commerce’s end-to-end solution, HYROX will receive comprehensive support across eCommerce, marketing and fulfilment. 

The partnership covers a range of global services, including re-platforming its D2C eCommerce website, customer services, sales processing and international fulfilment.

HYROX will further benefit from the Manchester-based company’s fulfilment solution, THG Fulfil, which offers next-day delivery cut-off times up to 1am for same-day shipping. 

It also recently partnered with China-based Libiao to move 430 T-sorting robots into its automated Manchester warehouse facility in order to increase operational capacity by approximately 75%.
