Welcome to BusinessCloud’s PropTech 50 ranking for 2026.

Street Group tops the annual ranking of UK companies creating original technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management will be published here on 5th October.

Following the creation of a 130-strong shortlist, the final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an expert judging panel (see below) and a vote among readers of BusinessCloud.

He advises owner-managers, private equity investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions, including exits, acquisitions, private equity investment and divestment.

Jane Sartin, executive director, Flexible Space Association

Jane Sartin, executive director, Flexible Space Association

Jane Sartin joined professional trade body the Flexible Space Association as executive director in 2018. She plays a key role in FlexSA’s many events, behind the scenes and in hosting aspects of the annual conference and dinner, and smaller events including webinars and roundtable meetings.

Will Lewis, director, OBI

Will Lewis, CEO, OBI Property

Will Lewis is the founding director of Manchester-headquartered OBI Property, behind some of the city’s most prominent office spaces. He has been involved in some of the biggest property deals for tech companies in Manchester over the last decade.
