Welcome to BusinessCloud’s PropTech 50 ranking for 2025.

Nimbus tops the annual ranking of UK companies creating original technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.

Following the creation of a 114-strong shortlist, the final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an expert judging panel (see below) and a vote among readers of BusinessCloud.

He advises owner-managers, private equity investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions, including exits, acquisitions, private equity investment and divestment.

Maria Wiedner, CEO, Real Estate Women

Maria Wiedner, CEO, Real Estate Women & Cambridge Finance

Maria Augusta Wiedner is the founder and CEO of Cambridge Finance, which provides practical finance education and financial modelling consulting to the property industry. She is also the founder and CEO of Real Estate Women CIC, an organisation which advocates for equality and inclusion, and the fair representation of women and minorities in senior positions.

Will Lewis, director, OBI

Will Lewis, CEO, OBI Property

Will Lewis is the founding director of Manchester-headquartered OBI Property, behind some of the city’s most prominent office spaces. He has been involved in some of the biggest property deals for tech companies in Manchester over the last decade.
