Vortex IQ, the force behind Agentic AI for ecommerce, has now launched on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. 

This expansion brings the London-based firm’s AI-powered Agent Hub to a broader enterprise audience and follows its selection into the Microsoft UK GenAI Accelerator.

Its evolved platform is now a command centre for automating and scaling key e-commerce functions through role-specific AI agents.

It enables real-time insights, continuous monitoring and alerts, SEO and brand optimisation and safe staging and rollbacks.

The firm’s integration with Azure will now allow for features including enterprise-ready automation with compliance and scalability, and an open agent hub for developers to build and monetise AI agents.

It will also unlock cross-platform compatibility, supporting platforms including Shopify and Adobe Commerce, as well as partner enablement for agencies and consultancies to create and deploy bespoke solutions.
