Ecommerce solutions provider THG Ingenuity has announced a strategic three-year partnership with NASDAQ-listed commerce media company Criteo, which has a market cap of $1.59bn.

The Manchester-based firm will leverage Criteo’s full commerce media platform services as it expands into commerce media.

This will unlock opportunities for its retail and brand partners in the UK market, as the Paris-headquartered firm’s solutions help THG Ingenuity’s retailers and brands boost commerce media opportunities, monetise first party data, and accelerate performance media.

The three-year partnership builds on an existing relationship, with THG Ingenuity currently using Criteo’s solutions to aid THG Beauty retailers’ onsite and offsite retail media propositions. 

This business model has achieved rapid growth, with THG’s LOOKFANTASTIC UK achieving year-on-year revenue growth of +115%, while Cult Beauty UK has seen +108% year-on-year growth in its revenue. 

The deal will see THG Ingenuity use Criteo’s four solutions, which include retailer monetisation solution Commerce Yield; retail media demand-side platform Commerce Max; performance marketing solution Commerce Growth; and supply-side platform Commerce Grid.
