PropTech

BusinessCloud can reveal its PropTech 50 innovation ranking for 2023.

Readers of the online technology publication and an expert judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in the property sector.

The PropTech 50 celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.

London’s Plentific tops the ranking ahead of Colchester-headquartered Cloud – rebranded from Cloudfm – which delivers smart facilities management solutions and technology.

Metrikus, Smart Spaces and Glider complete the top five.

Adaptive management reporting software fu3e (London) is sixth. The platform is described as the umbrella above existing management software and is used by real estate funds, asset owners, developers and professional consultants.

Also featuring is VU.CITY, a smart city planning platform that transforms decision-making by building collaboration and trust; and Doordeck, which provides a software-based, readerless approach to mobile access control.
