Leeds-based technology and learning specialist Cognito has appointed Kirsty Foster-Jennings as strategy director.
Foster-Jennings brings experience from previous roles in the eLearning space to the firm which was established in 2017.
Cognito’s app offers a platform for training, procedures, and compliance learning and uses AI to highlight and fill knowledge gaps.
In her new role, Foster-Jennings will oversee and formalise company processes and support structures. She also works with Cognito’s team to integrate new clients and help shape the business moving forward.
