Consumer research platform Attest has appointed a CFO among three senior hires.
The London company, which featured on our recent MarTech 50 ranking, welcomes Sana Ayub (pictured) in the finance director position as well as Anne Katrine Vestergaard Jensen as VP of marketing and Ilhan Mehmet as VP of people.
Ayub brings more than 18 years of financial strategy and investment banking experience to the team. Before joining Attest, she worked with global investment banks including Merrill Lynch and most recently Barclays Capital, where she covered leveraged finance transactions for technology, media and telecoms businesses, raising over $4 billion of funding for fast-growing businesses across EMEA.

Vestergaard Jensen joins from audience research company GWI, where she was VP of marketing, while Mehmet was most recently chief people officer at listed retailer MADE.com before its collapse.
Since 2021, the company’s headcount has increased by 20% across its London and New York operations. All three hires will be based in London.
In 2021, Attest raised a £44 million round of Series B financing.
