A firm describing itself as the ‘TikTok of Travel’ has secured £5.3m in Series A funding.
AI-powered video commerce platform Unravel partners with some of the world’s most influential travel creators, aiming to curate authentic, high-quality video content.
With the investment, the London-based firm will enhance its AI capabilities and expand its London-based team as it looks to scale globally.
The round, which wasn’t shy of famous faces, was led by Nauta Capital, with participation from Active Partners, Slingshot Ventures, Antler, and The Players Fund, whose backers include sports icons Ben Stokes, KL Rahul and Jessica Ennis-Hill, among others.
“The way people discover travel has changed,” said Vijay Anand, CEO & co-founder of Unravel.
“They don’t sift through endless search results – they get inspired by creators who are exploring the world and sharing their experiences. Unravel bridges that gap, turning creator-shot videos into seamless, AI-powered booking experiences.”

The platform is already working with leading banks, insurers, and telecom operators across Asia and the Middle East, with active expansion into Europe and the UK.
Customers have seen a 4x increase in daily active users and 10x increase in conversion on their applications.
Indian cricket star and Unravel investor via The Players Fund, KL Rahul, added: “As someone who has travelled throughout my life and my career, I’m well aware of the limitations of the discovery and booking process.
By adding video and AI into that process, Unravel has created something which could be the future and presents a huge opportunity. I’m really excited to see how the company progresses on its journey!”
