A leading supplier of sustainable office furniture has renewed its agreement with Intoware, utilising its WorkfloPlus technology to ensure client satisfaction.
Ahrend UK Ltd, which specialises in office furniture and space solutions designed to stimulate health, wellbeing and productivity in workspaces, has signed up for another two years with WorkfloPlus, using the software to take photographs of deliveries and furniture installations, logging any issues noted by the customer.
Employees are able to upload additional information such as photographs or delivery notes to the system before getting the end client to sign, ensuring a more thorough record is kept of what has been delivered and installed, and any potential problems are accurately noted.
To date, the company has used the technology for more than 2,000 installations.
