THG Commerce, the ecommerce arm of THG Ingenuity, has secured official TikTok Shop partner status as it expands its social commerce offering.
The status positions the Manchester-based firm’s subsidiary more firmly within a sector that is rapidly reshaping how consumers shop online.
The company now offers a broader suite of services to support brands in selling through social media.
Its updated capabilities include strategy development and live shopping execution, as well as influencer marketing, community management and analytics, forming an end-to-end managed service.

TikTok has become a central player in the UK’s evolving retail landscape, with more than 30m users and over 6,000 live shopping events taking place on the platform each day. Around half of users are now open to making purchases directly within the app.
The UK’s social commerce market is projected to grow by nearly 23% as consumer behaviour continues to shift toward more integrated, app-native purchasing experiences.

The accreditation builds on THG’s existing ecommerce setup, helping brands manage everything from attracting customers to making sales.
It puts THG Commerce alongside other trusted partners supporting brands on TikTok, as social media increasingly combines product discovery with direct shopping.
