Welcome to BusinessCloud’s RetailTech 50 ranking for 2024.

ZigZag Global tops the annual ranking of UK companies creating original technology to support eCommerce and bricks-and-mortar retail.

Following the creation of a 99-strong shortlist, the final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an expert judging panel (see below) and a public vote among readers of BusinessCloud.

You can click on the company names to see what they do. Businesses wishing to purchase an extended profile, including a logo, website links and content promotion, can email editor Jonathan Symcox here.

The ranking is supported by Refresh, a creative-led PR and marketing partner to brands.

We also polled the top 50 and gathered views from judges to quantify and reflect technology trends in bricks-and-mortar retail and eCommerce. The 2024 RetailTech Insights report considers the rise of artificial intelligence in the sector and the move to ‘true’ omnichannel as retailers increasingly turn to social media to sell products.
