Elevate has launched what it bills as a first-of-its-kind proactive healthcare platform in the UK, allowing individuals to detect health risks early.

It claims to have created a new type of healthcare membership in the UK, which will be provided through corporate partnerships, as well as direct to individual members.

Bringing together clinical expertise, advanced medical tech and genetic insight, Elevate is said to have developed the UK’s most comprehensive full body scan and proactive health platform.

This comes after providers of preventative body scans reported extensive waiting lists and Google trends data shows search volumes for full body MRIs are up 900% in five years.

The London-based business’s membership incorporates an AI-supported full body MRI scan, advanced blood profiling and polygenic risk analysis – all delivered by specialists.

It identifies health risks and enables individuals to take steps to reduce the impact these have on their life and is designed to help catch medical conditions at the earliest stages.

On the Elevate app, members can interact with physicians, schedule testing appointments, see results, understand risk scores and access healthcare support.

Members also have a dedicated doctor assigned to support their personalised proactive healthcare and the software is said to be able to detect signs of over 500 conditions.

Elevate is part of Get Scanned, a London-based private scan provider, and has access to advanced MRI scanning facilities across the country.

Elevate’s founder and CEO, Adil Mohammed, is also founder at Get Scanned.

Achieving its pre-seed funding within four weeks, Elevate is now launching with founding members and has opened its waitlist.

Mohammed, who developed the new concept alongside a team of medical specialists, said: “The shift towards preventative healthcare is being driven by advances in medical diagnostic and therapeutics technologies and growing demand from people who want to access more data about their body.

“Elevate is designed to provide a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of your health than ever before – with clinical expertise to navigate the new level of health insight – and support early detection and prevention.”

CMO Dr Nitin Shori said: “We’re entering a new era of healthcare – where it’s now possible to access unprecedented levels of data about your body – and take better control of your health trajectory.

“Elevate is more than just a body scan – we help members understand their genetic strengths and weaknesses. We’re pioneering a future where health isn’t just about reacting to illness, but having the knowledge to support a healthier and better quality of life.”
