A London-based platform aiming to make it easier to invest and operate in private markets has raised £5m in new equity capital to accelerate its next phase of growth across the UK and Europe.
Over the past 18 months, Treble Peak has secured partnerships with leading private equity managers, including Passion Capital, Headway Capital, DN Capital, Episode 1, Seraphim Ventures, and Hanover Investors.
The firm has grown rapidly since being founded in 2022, with its platform giving investors access to institutional-quality investments with lower minimums, while helping fund managers to raise capital at scale.
This latest £5m raise will support the company’s plan to scale its proprietary technology, onboard more top-tier fund managers and broaden investor access across Europe.
It also comes at an appropriate time, as European private equity fundraising reached £103bn in the first half of 2024.

The round attracted investment from a group of leading European financial figures and institutions, including René Beltjens, former chairman of the supervisory board of Alter Domus; Tor Erland Fyksen, founder of two European consumer banks; and Just Arne Storvik, Norwegian tech investor.
“This is digital transformation for private equity. Treble Peak’s innovative approach to streamlining the private equity process is exactly what the industry needs,” said Storvik.
“By reducing the entry barriers, they are not only expanding the investor base but also enhancing the efficiency and reach of fund managers.”
Mark Woolhouse, CEO and co-founder of Treble Peak, added: “This raise is a significant step forward as we scale to meet the demand from investors and fund managers across Europe.
We are transforming the way private markets operate by simplifying access, digitising the investment lifecycle, and reducing barriers to entry.
“With this capital, we are doubling down on our technology, our partnerships and our mission to make private markets truly accessible.”
