THG Ingenuity has announced a major collaboration with Google Cloud that will bring advanced AI and data analytics to its global commerce and fulfilment platform.

The Manchester-based firm says the move is set to redefine the scale, innovation and future growth of its division.

The partnership will see the company integrate Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform and Gemini models to build next-generation, AI-enabled ecommerce services.

These will include predictive demand planning, hyper-personalised product recommendations, intelligent storefronts and automated fulfilment systems – helping brands unlock new revenue streams and deliver more efficient, personalised shopping experiences worldwide.

As part of the collaboration, THG Ingenuity will also migrate its ecommerce and fulfilment infrastructure to Google Cloud.

The companies will jointly pursue a go-to-market strategy, with the firm’s solutions available on the Google Cloud Marketplace, targeting brands across Europe and the US.
