Digital humans startup Sum Vivas has won a mentoring session from Steven Bartlett and further support from freelance platform Fiverr.
The Liverpool company – which took part in TechBlast’s FUEL Liverpool masterclass pods this week and featured ninth in our MediaTech 50 ranking this year – is behind Dex, the UK’s first digital human DJ.
It has won a place with ‘Break The Breakthrough’, handing it £10,000 in Fiverr Credits – which can be used to buy services from freelance creatives – dedicated guidance from a Fiverr Customer Success Manager and a 45-minute mentorship session with the Dragons’ Den star.
From AI-integrated digital humans for use in customer service, education and healthcare through to digital human performer Dex, Sum Vivas provides tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of businesses.
“We are thrilled to have been chosen as the winners for Fiverr and Steven Bartlett’s initiative to support UK SMBs,” said Denise Harris, CCO at Sum Vivas.
“Sum Vivas represents the epitome of innovation and efficiency, offering businesses access to cutting-edge digital solutions. This partnership underscores our commitment to driving growth and success for businesses across the UK.”
Bartlett said: “One of the most common mistakes I see business owners make is trying to take on everything themselves.
“Discovering Fiverr was transformative for me, every time I needed an expert or professional specialising in digital services it became my default marketplace. Rather than attempting to do things that are not in my skill set, I hired experienced freelancers in their field.
“As a result, I was able to accomplish more, and focus on growing my business.”
