RegTech

BusinessCloud can reveal its RegTech 50 innovation ranking for 2021.

Readers of the online technology publication and an independent judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in regulation.

The RegTech 50 celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech for compliance, risk management, anti-money laundering and identity verification.

Apricity Compliance, a Darlington-based compliance software and support business, tops the ranking.

In second spot is Camden-headquartered TrackMyRisks, which supplies risk management and compliance automation for the mass market.

Hackney-based Nuggets, which creates login, payment and verification ID tech without sharing data, was third ahead of Recordsure (City of London) and Cognitiv+ (Islington).

CheckedSafe, based in Burnley, also features. The firm is an inexpensive SaaS platform for any kind of digital compliance.

It replaces cumbersome and archaic paper-based checklists with digital versions for smartphones; once data is collected, it can be reported on and measured to improve compliance.
