Our readers and an expert judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in the insurance industry.
The InsurTech 50 celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech for insurance advice, products and claims.
Genasys, a cloud-based insurance solution for insurers, MGAs and brokers, tops the ranking. Its clients can select the modules they need to launch, run and grow a modern business.
In second is Percayso Inform, an insurance intelligence platform that goes beyond traditional data enrichment by providing unique solutions at all stages of the insurance lifecycle. It delivers unrivalled uplift for both insurers and brokers, creating a powerful competitive advantage.
In third spot is Paper Insurance, a SaaS underwriting platform that streamlines delegated workflows. Paper has focused on reducing friction in servicing non-marine lines, from distribution through to policy management.
PeppercornAI, which is transforming the insurance operating model, is fourth. Its platform Pipr is the world’s first conversational AI platform specially built for insurance and is designed to reduce operating costs and improve risk selection.
Also making the top five is Ticker, developer of connected motor insurance that works for everyone. It builds products for novice drivers, older drivers, low-mileage drivers, drivers with convictions and van drivers.
In sixth is House of Insurtech, a digital insurance platform that helps insurers, MGAs and brokers innovate and grow their businesses, while seventh spot goes to Insurwave, where insurance buyers consolidate and visualise their data to understand their risk and make smarter transfer decisions. Anansi, FloodFlash and KASKO complete the top 10.
Other trailblazers to feature include Blueberry Life, which specialises in tailored life cover for those with lifestyle conditions while helping them to help them live longer and more healthily, and Albany Group, behind supply chain & compliance management software platform Conect.
