Listed trading provider IG has appointed Charlie Rozes as CFO, replacing Paul Mainwaring who has announced his intention to retire.

Rozes has previously held a number of executive director roles in the financial services sector, beginning his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, before roles at IBM and Bank of America.

In 2007, he joined Barclays where he was the Chief Financial Officer of Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank and became the Global Head of Investor Relations in September 2011 until August 2015.

He was the Group Finance Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson plc from September 2015 until April 2019 when it was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc.
