Sharp joins the agency’s executive board in the newly-created position of CEO, after more than 20 years of experience in his field, notably with Code Computerlove.

The news comes just days after Reason Digital achieved B Corp status.

A spokesman said: “Ben joined Reason Digital in 2015 as project management lead before being promoted to the role of managing director in 2018.

“Ben’s contribution to Reason Digital has been phenomenal, and luckily, we are not losing him. Ben will be taking on the role of managing director at our sister company, Impact, and will retain the position of director at Reason Digital.

“We are grateful to have worked with Ben over the last 10 years, both as part of the team and as a leader. He’s looking forward to his new role as director and seeing what is next for our incredible team under Mark’s leadership.

“Mark is a delighted to begin his new role as CEO and to continue the excellent work that Ben and the whole team have established over the years.”

He will leverage his experience to assist and help to drive the Reason Digital team to achieve its mission and consistently deliver value for existing and potential clients.

The spokesman added: “It’s an exciting time for our award-winning agency and we welcome new leaders to enable us to reach the ambitious goals we have set for the next few years.”
