Vypr has announced plans to expand its workforce, which has already grown more than 30% in the past year, as it launches a new AI-powered platform.
Vypr Predict, a self-serve product intelligence platform for rapid consumer insight, is now live in the UK, Australia, and European markets and is set to launch in the United States.
The platform has been built through the collective efforts of the entire Vypr team, with product and technology teams centred around Vypr’s central Manchester headquarters playing a pivotal role in its development.
The business now intends to scale from its current 87 team members and tap into Manchester and the North West’s growing pool of tech talent. In line with expansion, it plans to increase its headcount to 125 by the end of next financial year (March 2027) – representing team growth of 44%.

Vypr helps global consumer brands, retailers, manufacturers and more to rapidly understand changing consumer behaviour through product intelligence, with fast, cost-effective insight underpinned by behavioural science.
The new platform launch comes as Vypr continues its strong growth trajectory in UK and international markets, supported by a further £5 million investment announced in April. Customers include UK and global brands such as ASDA, Marks & Spencer, Red Bull, and Starbucks.
Vypr Predict sits at the heart of the business’s growth strategy as a provider of product intelligence. It offers product, marketing, commercial, and insight teams access to faster consumer insight, specialised testing tools, and AI-powered analysis and recommendations. This is underpinned by behavioural science and Vypr’s robust data quality and expert support. Customers can easily test their products, pricing and campaigns with target consumers and make confident decisions within hours, the company says.
Chris Williams, Vypr CEO, said: “A major aspect of the investment we secured earlier this year was to propel the launch of our next generation technology and attract the best people to achieve our vision for growth. The platform we’ve launched keeps us at the forefront of our industry and is testament to our Manchester team working across technology and the wider business.
“We’re well-known for the unrivalled industry knowledge and expertise we provide our customers. In parallel, we’re growing a world-class tech team to keep pushing boundaries in our space globally, giving businesses the confidence to launch products and services that people absolutely want.”
