Listed UK firm Sportech has announced the appointment of Ben Warn to the board as a non-executive director.
The 49-year-old brings over 20 years’ experience in senior positions in the betting and gaming industries including UKbetting PLC, Sky Betting and Gaming, and the Perform Group, where he was Chief Executive of the Gaming Division.
Warn will join the board in June.
Sportech PLC, an international betting technology business, delivers solutions and services for some of the world’s best-known gaming companies, sports teams, racetracks, casinos and lottery clients as well as owning and operating its own gaming venues in Connecticut under exclusive licences.
The firm has more than 29,000 betting terminals deployed to over 400 clients in 38 countries.
