A Leicester-based facilities management specialist has acquired WiggleDesk, founded by former Google figure William Wildridge (pictured right, main image).

Bellrock welcomes Wildridge as head of AI and innovation after completing the swoop for the Oxford-headquartered digital space booking and hybrid team schedule management solution, part of its 2025 M&A strategy.

Wildridge, an industry veteran, brings deep experience in workplace technology having spent eight years at Google and two years as CTO of London-based HeritageXplore.

WiggleDesk’s AI-driven space booking and hybrid work capabilities will be integrated into Bellrock’s award-winning Concerto platform – an integrated workplace management system and computer-aided facilities management solution.

“It’s exciting to be taking this step, which will transform the way we can use technology to enable hybrid working,” said Wildridge.

“Bellrock provides a wealth of world-class commercial real estate expertise. With that talent on our side, we can help customers unlock new efficiencies, access new insights, and truly optimise the way they use their space.”

Adam Smith (pictured left, main image), managing director of Bellrock Technologies, added: “WiggleDesk and Bellrock are a naturally great match. We share the same values, and we’re on the same mission: Helping organisations access all of the insight and value locked within their estate.

“The acquisition means our award-winning Concerto platform becomes even more powerful, with more of the features our customers want.”
