The LCR Tech Climbers 2024 list, showcasing the growing stars of Liverpool City Region’s tech sector, can be revealed.
The fourth edition of the list highlights the top-performing technology-led businesses that make LCR one of the UK’s most exciting tech destinations.
The 2024 list also includes the region’s Ones to Watch businesses – up-and-coming businesses that are active in the region and on course for great success in the future.
Winners of LCR Tech Climbers 2024
The judges whittled down the entries into 30 companies – across the Ones to Watch list and the main list.
A total of eight new companies were included in the 11-strong Ones to Watch list while there were six new names in the 19-strong main list.

The names were revealed in a glittering night held at PINS Social Club in Liverpool city centre, attended by nearly 200 people.
LCR Tech Climbers 2024 was sponsored by BDO, Baltic Ventures, Brabners, Marks & Clerk, TD Synnex and Rathbones.
The ecosystem partners were LCR Angels, Startup Grind, Growth Platform and Gather. The national partners were Data City, HubSpot, techUK and InnovateHER.

Meanwhile new data, released by Tech Climbers in the Liverpool City Region, has revealed how the region’s tech sector is booming – with 80% of the businesses featured on the list seeking funding and all looking to hire new talent.
