Digital workflow specialist Intoware has enhanced its flagship product WorkfloPlus to include an AI feature allowing users to generate workflows and processes at the press of a button.

WorkfloPlus is a mobile technology platform created by Intoware to enable businesses to digitise processes and tasks across operations, converting them from paper to be accessible via mobile, wearable technology and desktop devices.

By utilising generative AI, users of WorkfloPlus can now create a digital system or process for their organisation using the FloGenAI tool.  The workflow created is then fully editable, enabling organisations to tailor the process to their specific requirements.

Keith Tilley, CEO at Intoware, said: “Integrating AI into our WorkfloPlus programme makes it even more powerful and easier than ever for organisations to create bespoke digital tasks and processes to standardise systems across their team, and this is just the beginning.

“The role of artificial intelligence in workflow management is going to be huge, taking the load off humans so they can focus on doing the task at hand.

“The beauty of using FloGenAI in conjunction with our platform is the data capture element, with workflows gathering a huge amount of data in real-time for businesses to use and then further enhance their processes even more moving forward.

“We’re excited to see what the future brings and how this latest enhancement will aid our customers in developing their own systems and processes, driving much greater efficiency and compliance across a variety of industries.”

The AI enhancement follows the recent addition of a highly anticipated web-based editor to WorkfloPlus, which allows users to log in online from any browser and create their workflows instantly.

Intoware also unveiled an ‘on-premise’ offer for the platform in late 2024, enabling companies that require localised digital workflows to put solutions in place within their own infrastructure.

Keith added: “We’re constantly upgrading and evolving WorkfloPlus and its capabilities, talking to our customers to ensure we’re meeting their digital journey needs.”
