AI assistant platform Fyxer has secured £22m in Series B funding to accelerate its global expansion.

The round, which was led by US-based venture capital firm Madrona and included participation from Salesforce founder Marc Benioff, will be used to expand the London-based firm’s capacity to meet growing demand, enhance product development and fuel its US expansion.

“From real estate brokers to recruiters, our customers rely on Fyxer AI assistant for their most time consuming, routine work,” said Richard Hollingsworth, co-founder & CEO of Fyxer AI.

“We created Fyxer to solve the draining cycle of repetitive yet essential tasks that consume professionals’ energy and limit their potential.

“This Series B further accelerates our mission to predict your next email.”

Founded after building the UK’s largest virtual executive assistant agency, the business has quickly become one of the fastest-growing AI productivity companies in history.

At the start of 2025, its run rate revenue stood at $1m, but just eight months later, it has surged to over $16m.

The digital assistant for professionals, which is designed to take the strain out of managing emails and meetings, drafts responses in a user’s own tone, organises incoming messages, captures notes and summaries during video calls.

By learning from individual communication patterns, it aims to deliver personalised support while integrating with tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Zoom and Google Meets.

The platform focuses on usability and accessibility for the 95% of workers outside of traditional tech roles, and now supports professionals worldwide.

Clients include eXp Realty and Knight Frank, with a retention rate of 90% after three months.

Karan Mehandru, managing director at Madron, added: “Professionals around the world are moving beyond tools that merely help us work to agents that work alongside us, handling high-context workflows like email, scheduling and coordination.

“Fyxer’s growth and user engagement reflect a delightful product pairing a deep context engine and memory, setting a new standard for what knowledge work can be and what AI’s true potential is.

“We’re thrilled to partner with this world-class team in their mission to make productivity accessible to all.”
