The final speaker has been confirmed for Talos360’s exclusive ‘Future of Talent’ event.

Adam Newey, head of talent at Collctiv, will join the event on 30th April at KPMG’s Manchester offices.

The Manchester FinTech – which topped our FinTech 50 ranking late last year – is an app that helps group organisers collect money for activities and large gifts through simplifying the money collection and payment process. It enables them to send just one link and receive payments in less than 5 seconds – regardless of the banking or payments platform their group uses.

Award-winning recruitment technology provider Talos360 has teamed up with BusinessCloud to reveal its latest research on the best ways to motivate, hire and retain the best employees in 2024.

Conducted in conjunction with Censuswide, the research focused on the views of both employees and hiring managers on the hot topics impacting candidate attraction and retention in the immediate future. It found 96% of candidates think that employers can improve their hiring process, and 93% of job leavers could have been offered something to entice them to stay.

The event will feature a panel of employers and industry experts who will share their insights. The other speakers are Janette Martin, CEO, Talos360; Senda Kavindele, partner, KPMG; Simon Swan, founder, Hiring Hub; Simon Gomez, founder and director, GMZ Talent; and Adam Ward, CEO of Airtime Rewards.
