Leading converged technology provider Communicate Better has been acquired by Daisy Communications.
Warrington-based Communicate Better is a managed technology provider of IT, mobile, telephony and telematics and it’s understood the deal is for an undisclosed sum.

Wayne Cartwright, Communicate Better CEO, has overseen a string of acquisitions during his 12 years at the helm but said it was the right time to step aside.
Writing on LinkedIn he said: “The day has come for me to hand the baton over to someone who can take the business to the next level.
“It’s been a fantastic journey and I just want to thank all of our customers, suppliers but most of all staff both past and present that have helped Communicate Better become the success that it has.
“It’s now time for me to take a well deserved break (if I say so myself), and start to kick over my bucket list.
