Ethereum grew 3% in the last 24 hours as the cryptocurrency market increased in value.
ETH, the world’s second most valuable token, is above $4,400 at the time of writing (7am UK).
The smart contract blockchain platform is 8% up in a week.
Binance Coin (BNB) gained 3% for a third consecutive day to top $620. BNB is 12% higher than its price last Friday.
Solana (SOL) fell for a second day. Its 2% drop leaves it at $203, but it remains 3% up over seven days.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) reached $57,650 following a less than 1% increase in valuation and is 2% up in a week.
Polkadot (DOT) climbed slightly to above $38.50, but is 2% down over seven days.
Cardano (ADA) shed 1% for a second consecutive day to $1.64, which leaves it 9% down in a week, while Ripple (XRP) fell less than 1% to remain at $1.03 and is 2% down on its price last Friday.
Meme coin DOGE saw a small rise but remains below 22 cents – 3% down over seven days – while its Ethereum-based spinoff SHIBA INU (SHIB) gained 4%, which leaves it 4% down in a week.
Avalanche (AVAX) saw a 4% loss in the last 24 hours to $117, which leaves it 14% up in a week.
Basic Attention Token (BAT) climbed the most in the last 24 hours as it soared 43% to $1.70. WAX (WAXP) fell the most, dropping 18% to below 77c.
The overall market cap of the more than 14,800 coins stands at $2.62 trillion, up 1.3% in the last 24 hours.
