Listed eCommerce solutions firm Attraqt Group has appointed a new chairman.
Tom Crawford has joined the provider of online search, merchandising and personalisation solutions in the non-executive role.
Crawford is currently non-executive chairman of K3 Business Technology Group plc and previously served as CEO of global financial management software company Aptitude Software Group plc.
Nick Habgood steps down from the role but will remain available for a number of months to support the transition.
