The exclusive ‘Future of Talent’ event, which will be held at KPMG’s Manchester offices on April 30th, will feature a panel of employers and industry experts who will share their insights.
Talos360’s latest research, conducted in conjunction with Censuswide, has focused on the views of both employees and hiring managers on the hot topics impacting candidate attraction and retention in the immediate future.
Research found 96 per cent of candidates think that employers can improve their hiring process, and 93 per of job leavers could have been offered something to entice them to stay.
The discussion will look at the growing impact of technology and societal change on how employers will need to adapt quickly to future-proof their people strategy.
