Bar group tips Social Chain as cocktail for success

Looking to win over millennials across the country, Revolution Bar Group has appointed Social Chain to head up its social media marketing.

The fast-growing social-first marketing agency will be tasked with handling the social strategy for the bar operator’s vast expansion programme, which will see six new bars opening over the next 12 months.

Revolution Bar Group, which operates 74 premium high street bars trading under the Revolution and Revolucion de Cuba brands, will work with Social Chain to target a key social-native millennial audience.

With ambitious growth plans and the increasing role of social media in their customers’ lives, Revolution Bar Group sought out a new agency which was able to keep them at the forefront of the space.

Social Chain presented a strategic plan rooted in digital insight and, above all, an innovative approach to social-first creative.

The agency’s investment in top tier creative talent uniquely positioned it to deliver best-in-class results and ultimately won it the Revolution Bar Group account.

As part of the brief, the agency will be responsible for the output of all 74 cross-platform social channels and includes strategic planning, content strategy and reactivation, social media management and influencer marketing.

Across the year the company will position social media as one of the primary channel in its marketing plan.
