NorthEdge has completed its ninth technology exit with the sale of Distology to Foresight Group.
The lower-mid-market investor first backed cybersecurity vendor Distology, led by Founder 250 star Hayley Roberts, in 2021.
It marked the Stockport firm’s first institutional capital raise.
Roberts recently appeared on our podcast The Naked Founder and was also a Northern Leader in 2025.
