Appointments

LaunchLemonade, a no-code AI platform enabling creators to build and monetise AI agents, has announced the appointment of Joe Leung as CTO and co-founder.

Leung has been involved with the platform since its early days as one of its first users, but formally joined full-time in January 2026 to lead the company’s technical vision and infrastructure following its oversubscribed pre-seed investment round.

He brings a wealth of experience from his role as executive director at JPMorgan, where he led initiatives in blockchain infrastructure, zero-knowledge proofs and privacy systems. Prior to his career in finance, Leung served as a commissioned officer and aerospace engineer in the Royal Air Force.

LaunchLemonade was created by CEO and founder Cien Solon to democratise AI agent creation, allowing users to build, deploy and monetise intelligent solutions that automate workflows, generate content and make smarter decisions.

Unifying over 21 AI models, LaunchLemonade’s interface formulates specialised agents that complete tasks from content creation to report analysis and research, trained from users’ unique data.

Leung will focus on developing the technical infrastructure that powers LaunchLemonade’s mission to make AI accessible to everyone. His priorities include migrating the platform to the cloud, ensuring performance and reliability across more than 21 AI models, and designing scalable architecture to support a rapidly growing creator ecosystem.

“From watching LaunchLemonade grow as a user, and now to be a part of its journey, I’m excited to help keep LaunchLemonade on top of technological advances,” said Leung. “Right now, that means making the platform fast, reliable and scalable while staying at the cutting edge of AI.

“I can’t wait to see what people build – putting AI capabilities in the hands of non-tech creators can only bring up interesting use cases we haven’t even thought of yet.

“Today, the tools to build AI agents can be too complex and often require large engineering teams. LaunchLemonade solves that. The opportunity to be the infrastructure layer for a new generation of AI-powered businesses is rare, and I wasn’t going to watch someone else do it.”

CEO and founder Cien Solon said: “Joe is a rare combination of deep technical expertise and real-world experience building systems that perform at scale.

“From his work at JPMorgan to his background in aerospace engineering, he understands what it takes to build infrastructure that people can depend on.

“As we scale LaunchLemonade, having Joe lead our technology is a game-changer – not just for us, but for every creator building on our platform.”
