Loyalty technology provider Antavo is celebrating record results among its rapidly growing team as the business looks to the final quarter of 2024.

Thanks to several new loyalty programme launches, customer-centric product updates and company-wide recruitment, Antavo is forecasting a 30%+ year-on-year increase in revenue for 2024 as the business prepares for a Series B funding round in 2025, aimed at facilitating further technological developments and broader global expansion.

Antavo has bolstered its client roster this year following collaborations with several brands, including Scandic Hotels, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, C&A, Whittard, Peek&Cloppenburg, Politix and Yara.

The company has also invested 60% of revenue in customer-centric product launches and updates, including a dedicated Shopify app and Klippa integration to enable receipt scanning, which allows shoppers to access a brand’s loyalty rewards even when purchasing through a third party, as is the case with 70-80% of all purchases.

Antavo has also been included on Tech Nation’s 2024 cohort for Upscale.

“These exciting business updates directly reflect our dedication to customer success and contribution to the evolution of the loyalty industry,” said co-founder and CEO Attila Kecsmar.

“By listening to and prioritising our customers’ needs, we’ve made significant enhancements that empower them to achieve even greater outcomes by increasing critical customer engagement.

“Their success stories are a testament to our strong market position, and as we enter the final quarter of 2024, we are showing no signs of slowing. We will introduce our biggest-ever product release in October, powered by AI and representing the beginning of a new chapter for the business.”

Alongside financial growth, Antavo has built its team, with staff now operating across three continents and a new team in North America launched in response to growing regional demand.

Former chief of staff Kathryn Wright has also been promoted to chief operations officer and will manage internal growth, as well as HR and customer success.

Kecsmar continued: “As we prepare for our next fundraising round and growth phase, it’s vital that we have the very best team of experts powering Antavo. This enables us to continue innovating and expanding our capabilities, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry while delivering unmatched value to our customers and partners.

“2024 has been a year of milestones for Antavo so far, and we’re just getting started.”#
