The final shortlist for this year’s Digital Entrepreneur Awards, the UK’s longest-standing awards for digital excellence, has been announced.
The awards, now in their 15th year, consider every aspect of the digital industries, celebrating exceptional businesses, entrepreneurs, developers, designers and more.
With 21 awards spread across four categories – E-Services, Design and Marketing, Digital Innovation and Digital Business – the expert DEA panel assessed hundreds of applicants in the first round of judging.
The hundreds of entries have been whittled down to 121 finalists.
New for 2019 include awards for AI Innovation and Digital Influencer of the Year.
Nominees for the coveted Digital Entrepreneur of the Year award include: Adam Frisby, CEO, InTheStyle; Somayeh Aghnia, founder, Geeks; Sukhi Jutla, CEO & founder, MarketOrders; Mark Roberts, co-founder & CEO, Beer Hawk; Gareth O’Rourke, director, CHO Fashion & Lifestyle; Adeem Younis, founder, Single Muslim; and Louis James Davis of Davis Co Holdings Ltd & VST Enterprises.
Finalists in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category include: Samantha Ryder, founder, Perky Pear; Jessica Bradley, founder, JEKBEE; Matthew Mountain, founder, Visionary Hub Space; Lucy Blackley of Bombyx PLM; Grace Beverly of TALA; and Harry Hugo of The Goat Agency.
Taking place at The Principal Hotel, Manchester on November 21st, the evening offers guests fine dining, networking opportunities and, of course, the chance to collect one of the coveted awards.
