Trio of significant client wins for Padoq
Padoq has clinched a trio of significant client wins and partnerships in education, property, and business networking.
The Manchester start-up has deployed its app technology for Code Nation, Select Property Group and Northern IT Leaders.
Padoq claims its new platform makes it easy for businesses to offer high-quality, branded, native mobile apps with custom feature sets.
Tech industry education firm Code Nation has adopted Padoq’s tech to power a new app helping students and alumni stay in touch across a growing roster of UK campuses.
The app, currently in testing, provides students with advice and news about careers, events and opportunities.
“Until now, we’ve relied on a number of different social platforms to keep in touch with students and alumni, but being able to reach everyone via our own branded app is a huge step forward for us as we expand our footprint across the UK,” said CEO Andy Lord.
Padoq has also launched an app for Select Property Group’s student brand Vita Student, offering features like room bookings, inventory management, events planning, issue reporting and communication.
Padoq’s app for Vita connects to the existing property management backend systems, giving tenants a slick experience to manage their day-to-day lives.
Jonathan Tizard, technology director of Vita Student, said: “Working with Padoq, we’ve been able to enhance our offering without the usual headaches of developing an app, giving our student tenants a fresh, modern way of interacting with us.”
Meanwhile, Northern IT Leaders has adopted Padoq for its peer-to-peer networking group of 300 influential senior technology thought leaders from across the North of England.
Dave Jones, founder of Northern IT Leaders, said: “We started on WhatsApp, but our growing group made it hard for people to keep up with the conversation.
“Padoq allows us to have our own dedicated app, with easy-to-follow conversation threads, the ability to survey members so we can better serve them, an events calendar, and more.”
