Anna Heyes, CEO at Active Profile and Tech Climbers founder said: “We’re so excited to be back in Liverpool for the third time, championing the region’s unique tech clusters. We’re looking forward to once again celebrating the best tech businesses that the region has to offer.”
BusinessCloud’s executive editor, Chris Maguire, said: “There’s a real buzz in Liverpool’s tech sector and it’s attracting a lot of attention from outside the area.
“It’s great to be able to track the progress of some of companies that have appeared on the previous Tech Climbers lists in 2019 and 2021 and we’re confident this will be the biggest and best one yet.”
Companies included in the Tech Climbers list will be published online by BusinessCloud.
Tech Climbers is sponsored by Avison Young, BDO, Brabners and Marks & Clerk, with associate partners, Gather, Growth Platform, InnovateHer, LCR Connect, LYVA Labs, Startup Grind, STFC Digital Cluster, Tech Nation and Zut.
A judging panel of influential advisors and brands, including executives from Brabners, Marks and Clerk, Avison Young, BDO, and Tech Nation will create the final list of successful businesses who have demonstrated significant operations in the Liverpool City Region and evidence their impact, innovation and investment potential.
There is also a ones-to-watch list of up-and-coming businesses that are active in the region and look set for a bright future.
The LCR Tech Climbers is expected to be announced at a special event in February 2023.
