Apollo Cloud, a fast-growing telecoms startup, is gearing up for growth in 2025 through an acquisition strategy.

Co-founded by Jonathan Marsden and Michelle Atkinson in 2022, the Yorkshire-based company has forged a reputation as a specialist in unified communications.

Having recently been recognised by Connect Yorkshire with the Fast Growth Business Award, Apollo Cloud is heading into 2025 targeting acquisitions of telecom businesses with annual turnovers between £500,000 and £1.5m as part of its long-term buy-and-build approach.

Jonathan Marsden, CEO and co-founder of Apollo Cloud, said: “We’re not just building a business; we’re creating a unified communications powerhouse with a purpose.

“In a world where IT services are converging, we’re passionate about bringing back the value of being a true specialist.”

Apollo Cloud’s success is bolstered by partnerships with prominent organisations across various sectors, including Reed Boardall, the largest frozen and chilled logistics firm in the UK with a £70m+ turnover, to being the trusted provider for over 400 schools in North Yorkshire through its work with NYES Digital.

On a global level, the firm supports IT software leader ConnectWise, highlighting its capability to support complex operations across nine countries.

Michelle Atkinson, COO and co-founder of Apollo Cloud, said: “We’re dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that genuinely empower businesses, creating meaningful improvements in their operational efficiency.”
