UK games developer Team17 has appointed a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
Mark Crawford has been handed the permanent position after joining the AIM-listed company as interim CFO in November 2019.
He oversaw the firm’s 2019 audit and supported the relocation of its new development studio in Wakefield and the acquisition of Yippee Entertainment.
The company, which has bases in Wakefield and Nottingham, has since carried out an extensive recruitment search but opted to retain Crawford’s services.
Non-Executive Chairman Chris Bell said: “We are delighted that Mark has agreed to join Team17 on a permanent basis having made such a strong impression throughout his interim period.
“The board unanimously agreed that Mark has both the skills and experience required to support Team17’s ongoing growth and strategic ambitions.”
