“Many large private and public sector companies are now looking to outsourcing as minimum wage and employer National Insurance contribution increases make it a more attractive option.
“To have the support and investment from iCXperience is an incredible opportunity. It will provide us with greater financial investment, access to new technologies, and wider resources for our growth. Now, with direct investment in our business, we are setting a growth plan to target £50m in revenue and the creation of 500+ new jobs as quickly as possible.”
iCXperience is described as the UK’s largest privately owned customer services outsourcing group with nine companies currently in the organisation and forecasted turnover of over £150m in the year 2024/25.
Reuben Singh, its CEO, added: “This acquisition is a key part of our expansion strategy, and we look forward to supporting the impressive senior management team as they embark on this rapid growth plan. This acquisition brings another new dimension to our CX offering for the corporate sector.”
