Tagvenue expands venue marketplace to seven new cities

The new locations across the UK and Australia mark the latest expansion for the firm which offers online venue booking

Online venue hire platform Tagvenue has announced the expansion of its service across new cities in the UK and Australia.

Venues can now be found and booked in Bradford, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Leeds in the UK and in Brisbane and Perth in Australia.

The UK start-up was set up in London in 2015, and now has a team of more than 30. It already operates in London Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Over 7,000 event spaces are now listed on its platform in Australia and the UK – including traditional venues alongside pubs, restaurants, cafes, and churches.

The expansion is the first for Tagvenue as it begins its growth strategy in the UK and globally.

Max Kondratjuks, co-founder and joint CEO, said the company was excited to be adding more cities to its platform.

“We are encouraged by the pace of our expansion and positive traction we receive with our customers, so we are looking forward to continue helping people find their perfect venues for any occasion in the UK, Australia and around the world,” he said.
