Viral TikTok stars the SpudBros have agreed a deal with their hometown club, Preston North End FC, to become the Championship club’s front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2025/26 season.
Having originally began posting videos from their hot potato van in the Lancashire city, the SpudBros, brothers Jacob and Harley Nelson, have risen to national prominence.
Its TikTok account has over 4.2m followers and a huge 177m likes, with its Instagram profile also boasting 775,000 followers.
The duo have collaborated with some of the biggest names in pop culture, including Sidemen, MrBeast, Will Smith and Alex Warren, as well as partnering with globally recognised brands, such as KFC and PlayStation.
The brand is now expanding internationally with its franchise concept, SpudBros Express.
“What more can I say, this is a dream come true,” said Harley, who is a lifelong Preston fan.
“We’re here to help PNE make history. Let’s take it to the top this season and show the world what Preston’s all about!”
Jacob added: “Being from Preston, this is a moment we’ve dreamed of. From running around the pitch as mascots to seeing our brand on the front of Preston North End’s shirt – it’s beyond special.
“We’re proud Prestonians and will always give back and support the city that made us.
“The passion here is unmatched, and it’s something we wish everyone could experience. We’re honoured to be part of the legacy of the club.”
