Shop Circle has made a multi-million-pound swoop for Hampshire firm FiftyPoint6 Group.

Fast-growing eCommerce software company Shop Circle raised £54m in 2022 as it ‘exited stealth mode’ then followed it up with £96m in Series A funding in 2023. It recently added another £46m in Series B financing, taking its total funding raised to around the £200m mark.

The London-based firm was co-founded in 2021 by Luca Cartechini and Gian Maria Gramondi (pictured) to provide eCommerce tools to fledgling entrepreneurs and has been snapping up eCommerce brands ever since.

FiftyPoint6 Group provides specialist backend software as a service tools to luxury retailers.

The Southampton corporate team at international law firm Broadfield advised two individual shareholders of FiftyPoint6 Group on the share sale.

Broadfield’s team was led by corporate partners Oliver Kelly and Sean Kelly, supported by legal director Dorothy Agnew, associate Leah Houghton, solicitors David Crease and Gemma L’Esperance, trainee solicitor Charlotte Wilkinson, and solicitor apprentice Fin McKenzie.

Specialist tax advice was provided by partner Philip Alfandary, with employment law advice from senior associate Chris Greep.
