A UK business consultancy specialising in sales effectiveness programs for global IT companies has announced two significant appointments amid a period of growth.

Nora Wicks has been appointed as Consenna’s second Client Director, four months after James Fitch joined in a comparable role.

Wicks’ joins with a wealth of experience that has seen her focus on driving and improving customer experience across the IT sector.

Her most recent role, prior to joining Consenna, saw her build a customer service team at Added Dimension and prior to that, she held a role in the Customer & Partner Experience team at Microsoft.

At Consenna, Wicks will take a lead role in building and strengthening relationships with large global customers, supporting new initiatives due to be announced in the coming weeks, as well as enhancing existing projects where further value may be sought.

“Having built a career at both large organisations and within smaller teams, I have an appreciation of the challenges faced by both types of business and have learnt the opportunities and routes to success,” said Wicks.

“This experience is something I’m very excited about sharing with the customers I’ll be working with and also the wider Consenna team.”

The firm has also appointed Kirsty Thompson to the newly created role of Service Delivery Manager.

Thompson will oversee the transition of projects from inception, through ‘go-live’ and then manage the on-going delivery of service to customers.

She also assumes overall responsibility for governance, compliance and service improvement at Consenna.

On her appointment, Thompson said: “Consenna is a rapidly growing team of talented professionals with a massive agenda. I’m excited to join at this time of incredible growth and opportunity.

“Our customer portfolio expects great service and whilst we’re already delivering that, I shall oversee processes and systems to ensure that we always exceed expectations. We will set the industry standards for customer service.”

The firm’s customer portfolio includes HP, Lenovo, Kodak, Microsoft and BT and its senior management team is drawn from leading roles within global IT Companies.
