The Unseen Group has made its 10th acquisition with the purchase of candidate experience and onboarding platform Meet & Engage.
This is a significant step for the Manchester-based firm’s ambition to transform the early careers and talent development market.
Since receiving landmark investment from Pelican Capital in 2024, the company has completed four strategic acquisitions in 12 months.
“Meet & Engage is a fantastic product that plays an essential role in the hiring processes of some of the UK’s biggest organisations,” said Zac Williams, CEO of Unseen Group.
“The addition of a candidate experience and onboarding solution – especially one with the reputation and power of Meet & Engage – will be transformational for us and our ability to empower and service our educator and employer partners.”

Ali Hackett, managing director of Meet & Engage, added: “We’re absolutely delighted to be part of Unseen, alongside such an inspiring group of innovative brands.
“This marks an exciting opportunity not just for our clients – who will benefit from greater access to cutting-edge thinking and solutions – but also for our team, who now have even more scope for career development and fresh perspectives.
“The onboarding and integration process has been outstanding, and every day we’re uncovering new opportunities for collaboration and growth. We’re thrilled to be part of this next chapter and to contribute to the momentum of the Unseen Group.”
In addition to the integration of Leicester-based Meet & Engage to its talent solutions platform, 2025 has seen Unseen develop proprietary products.
It is set to launch OneWay – an asynchronous video interviewing tool – and Talent Stack – on-demand screening, coaching and assessment support services for internal recruitment teams.
Meet & Engage, meanwhile, was established a decade ago and works with clients all over the world, including Sainsbury’s, Randstad and The Royal Mail.
The company also won the Personnel Today Award for HR Technology Provider of the Year back to back in 2023 and 2024.
